removing existing spam users

My website is storiesfromacottage.com. I am thinking of signing up for your plugin. I would like someone to answer questions regarding your statement:

"With the help of anti-spam by CleanTalk you can check existing comments and
users, to find and quickly delete spam comments at once. This allows
administrators of websites to automatically check and identify spam bots,
comments and users, which were not detected by conventional anti-spam tools.
The existing comments and users checking process is performed in a database of
the nearly 2 million identified spam bots. Detailed spam stats allows CleanTalk customers to fully control it."

I cannot tell which of my users are spam bots, so I can't remove them by myself. So...
1. Does CleanTalk definitely tell me which users are spam bots?
2. Do I manually remove them, or does CleanTalk remove them automatically?

Hello.

Thank you for your request.

1. Does CleanTalk definitely tell me which users are spam bots?
Yes. You will see the list of found spammers with links to their spam history on our public page of the CleanTalk Database: https://cleantalk.org/blacklists

2. Do I manually remove them, or does CleanTalk remove them automatically?
You will be able to select separate users in the spammers list or all of them at once and remove them from your website.

Please, look at the CleanTalk features here: https://cleantalk.org/help/introduction

Best regards.

Thank you for your quick response! I appreciate your time and information.

1. I am a little confused about the name of the plugin. I want to make sure we are talking about the same plugin. I added Anti-Spam by CleanTalk, yesterday, Oct. 2. In information on my dashboard's plugin page, the text says:

"Max power, all-in-one, no Captcha, premium anti-spam plugin. No comment spam, no registration spam, no contact spam, protects any WordPress forms. Formerly Anti-Spam by CleanTalk."
Version 5.77 | By СleanTalk | View details

I looked at the installation instructions for CleanTalk, and the information there called the plugin Spam Protection by CleanTalk. So...is that the name? And does it do everything that Anti-Spam by CleanTalk does, particularly allow me to remove the spammers from my website?

2. I have looked at your introduction. I have a question about this statement:

"Connection to the service eliminates the need for Captcha, questions and answers and other methods of protection, that complicate the exchange of information on the website."
So, if I use your plugin, I don't need the Captcha for registering and logging in and for submitting stories and photos? (I publish true stories on my website, storiesfromacottage.com.) And, if I kept the Captchas would that interfere with CleanTalk (whichever one it is)?

3. I have been using Askimet. Should I remove it if I use your plugin?

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

1. So...is that the name? And does it do everything that Anti-Spam by CleanTalk does, particularly allow me to remove the spammers from my website?
Yes. "CleanTalk" is the name of our plugin and yes that is the same as Anti-Spam by CleanTalk.

2. if I kept the Captchas would that interfere with CleanTalk (whichever one it is)?
You can use both solutions together. CleanTalk plugin does not interfere with Captha in any way.

3. I have been using Askimet. Should I remove it if I use your plugin?
You can use or delete Akismet at your discretion. There is no conflict between Cleantalk and Akismet.

Best regards.

Thank you for your reply. I have a few more questions.

1. Does Clean Talk work with WP Register Profile With Shortcode?

2. Does Clean Talk work with Login Widget With Shortcode?
(these two plugins are by the same author)

3. Does Clean Talk work with Contact Form by BestWebSoft?

4. Does Clean Talk work with Email Subscribers & Newsletters?
