DASHBOARD LOGIN CONFUSING

I registered at CleanTalk.Org and according to the text below where you enter your information to create your account a "...password will be emailed to..." me is listed - I'm still waiting for that email...

When I attempt to login to my dashboard I use the password I created via the 'change your password' section in 'Settings' because I was never emailed a password... Unfortunately, I get an error message and have to resort to the 'one time pass-code' to be able to login...

Yes, I tried the 'forgot password' route, but a reset password is never emailed to me even though this message pops up after pressing the 'restore password' button:

"

As noted, an email never shows up - not even in the 'spam' folder; at least it hasn't for the last number of hours since I first registered and was informed a password would be emailed to me... And, even though I have purchased the service - anti-spam and SSL - no email has shown up with a password...

The only way I am able to login to my dashboard is, as noted, using the 'one time passcode' route... :|

I hope you can help with this issue so I don't have to plow through reams of documentation... Thanks...

Thanks for the reply... Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - it has been a busy time... I just now logged into this community account and saw your reply... Unfortunately, no, I did not receive the reset password in my email account... Yes, I checked the spam folder - nothing there...

Did you send the message to admin@jbjenterprizes.com...?

Got it...! Thank you...! Now all I need to do is figure out what the heck is a 'CA BUNDLE' the server is asking for - I don't have a clue as to what that is or where to find it on my Clean Talk dashboard...!

Had to get a new download of the certificate from Comodo which included the 'bundle' this time... So far, each certificate purchased and downloaded only has two files in it: .csr and .key - no .crt file or 'ca bundle'...

CleanTalk has - and I haven't figured this one out yet - has 'deactivated' my certificate on one of my sites... I am also getting the following error codes on the site:
Errors:
2018-04-26 10:48:01: Cron: Error occured while sending sending security logs. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 11 MSG: Service disabled, please go to Dashboard https://cleantalk.org/my?product_id=4
2018-04-26 06:13:59: Cron: Error occured while updating firewall. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 11 MSG: Service disabled, please go to Dashboard https://cleantalk.org/my?product_id=4
2018-04-26 10:48:02: Cron: Error occured while sending sending firewall logs. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 11 MSG: Service disabled, please go to Dashboard https://cleantalk.org/my?product_id=4

And, still trying to correct that issue as well... <sigh>

The certificates for http://jumpinbeanjava.com aren't ready, because you need to confirm the email. Validation email was sent to a***n@ju******anjava.com. We can resend it if you didn't receive it. You only got the Private key and CSR. Please see your Ticket for details.

Evidently, the email was sent to the email address that contained 'domainproxy' in the address... I have since corrected that and have received the validation email but now, on the dashboard, it is indicating the site is 'deactivated'... I did receive the file bundle from Comodo and have installed those files as instructed to the hosting server which seems to have worked... The following is indicated for the site in the 'manage SSL Certificate' table:

"Certificate ID: jumpinbeanjava_com_[******************************************************************************]
Domains: jumpinbeanjava.com www.jumpinbeanjava.com
Issuer: COMODO CA Limited
Key Size: 2,048 bits (dd6f7bfb …)
Expiration: May 1, 2019 12:00:00 AM"

Now I am reading the instructions on converting from 'http' to 'https'... ;)
