Unable to view logs past a week

Have had a few contacts that haven't come through for some reason, but details etc were marked as approved in the log.
Wanting to check if there had been previous approved ones that didn't come through I have tried changing the dates in the CleanTalk admin, but no matter what dates I choose it will only ever show the past week. How do I access the previous logs? My Account email is: info@spore.co.nz

I'm sorry, but you can't. Service keeps logs only for 7 days back. You extend this period by turning on setting Keep history 45 days here: https://cleantalk.org/my/profile.

Oh that's disappointing :(
Thanks for showing how to extend it, just really wishing the default was the longer option, would be safer for when you find out something is not working to be able to go back through logs.
