Front Page Widget Not Updating

My CleanTalk widget is not updating. It's been stuck on 88 spam blocked for months. I tried the manual update procedure in the FAQ, but I'm still stuck showing 88 Spam blocked by CleanTalk on my front page (https://dleejackson.lbjackson.com). How do I get it to update?

Just FYI, the latest update (20171103) did not fix the problem. I don't know if that was your intent or not, but my widget is still stuck showing 88 spam blocked, even with the cache cleared.

Hello,

The thing is that counters are independent. They take info from different places.
The admin bar counter updates immediately, but the widget counter once in a day.
So we have discussed the issue and decided to fix it in the next releases because it's too complex.

Hello,

We have made some fixes on this. From now on (if you are using the latest version) the counters will be synchronized.
But there still could appear some differences for some reasons like bad connection or fatal errors in other plugins.
