blocking my own email

Unread post by dwalley49@gmail.com » 04 Apr 2017, 23:45

I couldn't get my forms to send me responses to my email when I tested forms on my website. Forms worked before I got CT. Now, I'm not getting any. I deleted all forms, rebuilt them and they still don't work.

THEN, I just happened to click on the CT link to see what might be in my log while I took a break from forms. Low and behold, CT has determined that my form responses (emails) WERE SPAM!!!

So, the website that CT is used on is blocking email from the same website!!

How do I remove my own website, or any other, that CT is interpreting as spam?

Pls hurry with your response. I HAVE TO GET THESE FORMS FUNCTIONING IMMEDIATELY! I took time off today to figure this mess out.

Hello,

We don't see any blocked requests in your log here:
https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests?int=week

Also, we've tested your website protection and everything works fine.

Best regards.

Well, maybe I'm don't quite understand how CT is s'pose to work. My log if full of emails from my forms. Why weren't they forwarded to my respective inboxes as the forms direct them to. I white listed them last night and just tried filling forms in again and I'm still not getting emails forwarded from my contact form 7 forms.

pls advise...

Of course, not :) This is a common link to our Log.

Do you receive the emails from your contact forms when you disable CleanTalk?

Best regards.
