Hello,
I am running phpBB 3.0.13-PL1 and CleanTalk v.4.1. My Dashboard shows my websites as active, how ever I am still getting spammers and they are not being logged by CleanTalk. So Im not even able to mark them as spammers.
I have banned 5 new accounts today all from Ukraine.
"Active" but not logging or blocking spammers
Re: "Active" but not logging or blocking spammers
Hello.
First.
Please check is there any CleanTalk code in "includes/ucp/ucp_register.php" file?
It should be between "Begin: Cleantalk. Spam protect" and "End: Cleantalk. Spam protect" tags.
If not - please follow instruction in this topic https://cleantalk.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=12997
Next.
I see there is well designed theme on your site.
phpbb module adds some JavaScript on registration form.
In your theme this JavaScript code is added to first tab on http://empyreannetwork.com/forums/ucp.php?mode=register, to Agreement tab instead of Forms tab.
Maybe such behavior depends on your theme.

The target phpBB version for this MOD is 3.0.12, but your forum version is 3.0.13-PL1. Even if the install is successful the MOD might not work as expected and/or might break your forum. Please verify with the MOD author that this MOD is compatible with your forum version.
Im not sure what you mean.znaeff wrote: Next.
