install issue : Undefined index:CT_title

Hello I purchased cleantalk and tried installing it. The install was successful however the main page will not load from the '.mods' tab in the ACP.

I get 2 notices and 4 warnings.

Notice - acp/acp/cleantalk.php line 127 undefined index ct_title
Notice - acp/acp/cleantalk.php line 127 undefined index ct_title_explain

Warning - adm/index.php on line 150 cannot modify header information - headers already sent by includes/functions.php:8837
Warning - adm/index.php on line 152 cannot modify header information - headers already sent by includes/functions.php:8837
Warning - adm/index.php on line 153 cannot modify header information - headers already sent by includes/functions.php:8837

Clean talk can install and uninstall from the forum/install directory just fine...

Any ideas where I should start?

Yes in "language/en/mods" I show the info_acp_cleantalk.php

I do not see it in "language/en_us/mods" though....

Is there a manual way to install this program?

Can you just copy info_acp_cleantalk.php info language/en_us/mods ?
