Can't access admin functions since trying to upgrade

Unread post by Parkhill » 01 Apr 2016, 09:08

I received a notification about the upgrade to version 1.9.3 and when I tried to apply this it gave me an error message about upgrading the SMF to version 2.0.11 - but that version is already installed. Unfortunately when I now try to use the admin tools, it takes me to a blank page and I can't access tools to do anything with the site.

You mean that you require me to send you the ftp log in details to the site?
