My account is attached to the wrong email. I can't get CleanTalk to re-activate on my website.

Hi. I discovered today that CleanTalk had stopped working and a bunch of new fake user accounts existed in my website system. So I went and bought the service for a year. When I went to try and make sure it was re-activating on my site, I found it was not. So I came to my dash board to find it asking me to finish creating my account. My problem is the email listed for me is a bogus email generated by word press, so I can't request a passcode. My site is mindsjourney.net, and my correct email is found in this forum user system. Please help. I'm not as spry with this stuff as I use to be.

I can't do either because I can not log in. I have no passcode and no way to get to one because of the inaccurate email. Which I didn't notice until I had already purchased a subscription. :/
